From Beltway 8 Sam Houston Tollway:

  • Take Fort Bend Pkwy/Tollway South till it ends at Hwy 6
  • Exit left, where sign states "All traffic must exit"
  • Make a U-turn and go north on Fort Bend Pkwy
  • Immediately bear right and take first exit Trammell/Fresno
  • Pass through light at Hurricane Ave.

  • Turn right on Inlet Court to the Model

From Missouri City / Sugar Land:

  • Take Hwy 6 east to Fort Bend Tollway 
  • Exit and continue straight past Kroger on the right
  • Turn left under Hwy 6 bridge onto Tollway feeder
  • Immediately bear right and take first exit Trammell/Fresno
  • Pass through light at Hurricane Ave.
