    • Take I35 E. North to Denton. Exit the Post Oak / Shady Shores Exit. Turn right after the Ford Dealership. Go straight. Turn left onto Post Oak. Turn Left on Photinia Ave. Turn Left on Red Bud.  You will see signs for Meritage Homes on your left.

    From Fort Worth:
    • Take I35 W. to where 35 W / 35 E. split, go south on 35 E. Exit Post Oak / Shady Shores – go left over the overpass.  Turn left onto Post Oak. Turn Left on Photinia Ave. Turn Left on Red Bud.  You will see signs for Meritage Homes on your left.

    From McKinney:
    • Take Highway 380 West to Hwy. 288, Turn Left onto 288 to I-35 South.  Take I-35E South to Post Oak/Shady Shores, and go Left across overpass.   Turn left onto Post Oak. Turn Left on Photinia Ave. Turn Left on Red Bud.  You will see signs for Meritage Homes on your left.
