Meritage strives to provide outstanding customer service, with a goal of completing your warrantable service repairs within 7-10 business days after we received and confirmed your warranty eligibility and inspected your warranty request.

So we may address your concerns quickly, we ask that you submit your warranty claim only when you can be available for an initial inspection within 2-3 business days after submission, and available for a full day for warranty service within the following 7-10 business days.

Meritage understands your family home may be your greatest investment and that you may consult with a 3^rd party inspector to inspect your home prior to your warranty expiration. We are happy to discuss the findings of your 3^rd party inspection report with you, however we do not accept 3^rd party inspection reports. Home inspection reports often point out homeowner maintenance items, suggestions, and recommendations that are not a part of your homes warranty. We recommend that you review your 3^rd party report for warrantable items, and submit only those items on your warranty request. Refer to your homeowner's manual (MOE) for further details regarding your warranties.
