In order to receive credit/compensation for a sale, Realtor ® must be the procuring cause of the sale, as evidenced by his/her accompanying the prospective homebuyer to the Meritage Homes Corporation community sales center at the time of the first visit, and that visit resulting in a sale within 30 days. The Realtor ® and prospective homebuyer must register using the appropriate Meritage documentation to validate their relationship. Registration is good for 30 days, after which it may be renewed by a re-visitation / registration or written notice from both parties advising that the Realtor ®/Client relationship still exists.
