Information Company Collects
Throughout the Site, you may voluntarily submit information that personally identifies you (the "Personally Identifiable Information"). For example, Company may ask you to voluntarily submit Personally Identifiable Information if you request information regarding Company's products and services or request access to certain parts of the Site. Company may also use the Non-Personally Identifiable Information for historical, statistical, scientific, or other purposes. Company reserves the right to use, sell, and assign for any and all purposes all Non-Personally Identifiable Information; and you authorize Company to use, sell, and assign, for any and all purposes, all Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Access to Information and Opting-Out
Company strives to keep your Personally Identifiable Information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making reasonable efforts to provide you with online access to your information so that you may view, update or correct your information at the Site where it was submitted, or at the various third-party sites. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make updates or corrections.
However, we need your help in making sure your Personally Identifiable Information is correct in our systems. Please notify us of changes to your name, company name, department, physical address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, or any other Personally Identifiable Information. Company takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect your Personally Identifiable Information. Information submitted to Company is held in a password protected database. We do not employ encryption during the submissions of Personally Identifiable Information. Encryption is the standard for payment and higher risk information such as a social security number. To the extent any such payment or higher risk information is collected by Company, it will be done so in a secured environment at or above industry standards.
The Site may contain links to other web sites, including, but not limited to, investor relations sites, job applicant information gathering, assessment, and testing sites, and preferred lender sites. These third- party sites have their own measures to secure and protect your Personally Identifiable Information.
Company reserves the right to place a text file called a "cookie" (or a piece of information transferred to your hard disk for record keeping purposes) in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain information that would personally identify you, although it could enable Company to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to the Site.
Children Under the Age of 13
Company does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children through the Site. Please do not allow children under the age of 13 to provide any Personally Identifiable Information, ask questions, or submit information via the Site. If Company determines that a child under 13 has provided Personally Identifiable Information, Company will delete that Personally Identifiable Information as soon as practicable. California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding the Company’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
