Information Company Collects

Who is Collecting Information

When you are on the Company Site and are asked for Personally Identifiable Information, you are sharing that information with Company Family. Company may also contract with third-parties to perform services on the Company Site that require these companies to collect personally identifiable information (e.g. hosting a job applicant information gathering, assessment, and testing site, or preferred lender site). The Site may contain links to other web sites, including, but not limited to, investor relations sites, job applicant information gathering, assessment, and testing sites, and preferred lender sites. This Privacy Policy (and related Terms of Use) do not apply to these third-party sites.

Who Does Company Share Information With

Except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or on the Site, Company will not sell, rent, lease, or share your Personally Identifiable Information to others without your consent. Thus, unless we have your consent or are required by law, Company will only share the Personally Identifiable Information you provide onlinewith other Company Family entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described herein.

Company may also disclose personal information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating this site's Terms of Use or may be violating Company’s or other's rights or causing injury to or interference with Company’s or other's property. What Company Does With the Information Company Collects

Company may aggregate the Non-Personally Identifiable Information with information collected from other visitors of the Site to track overall visitor traffic patterns. This aggregated information will allow Company to develop statistics that are helpful to understanding how visitors use the Site. Company may use this aggregated information to monitor, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Site, making it more responsive to the needs of Company's visitors. Security

We do not employ encryption during the submissions of Personally Identifiable Information. Encryption is the standard for payment and higher risk information such as a social security number. To the extent any such payment or higher risk information is collected by Company, it will be done so in a secured environment at or above industry standards.

The Site may contain links to other web sites, including, but not limited to, investor relations sites, job applicant information gathering, assessment, and testing sites, and preferred lender sites. These third- party sites have their own measures to secure and protect your Personally Identifiable Information.

Company cannot guarantee, however, that any electronic commerce is totally secure. For example, even though Company will not release your Personally Identifiable Information without your consent or except as otherwise expressly stated in this Privacy Policy, Company has no control over the information collected by your Internet service provider or your employer (if the Site is made available to you through your employer or if you send Company Personally Identifiable Information through your employer-provided email account), or information that you disclose in a public forum. Any such third party that collects your Personally Identifiable Information may use the information in accordance with its terms and conditions of use (and related privacy policies), which may be different from this Privacy Policy. Company is not responsible for any information collected by such third parties and/or how such information is used or maintained. Neither Company nor any third party has the authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

Cookies

Company reserves the right to place a text file called a "cookie" (or a piece of information transferred to your hard disk for record keeping purposes) in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain information that would personally identify you, although it could enable Company to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to the Site.

Children Under the Age of 13

Company does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children through the Site. Please do not allow children under the age of 13 to provide any Personally Identifiable Information, ask questions, or submit information via the Site.
