Your question

Dear Customers, Trade Partners and Stakeholders,
At Meritage Homes, safety and health has always been a top priority – in how we build our homes, how we maintain our communities, how we care for our team members and how we interact with our trade partners and customers.  In keeping with those priorities, Meritage Homes has maintained safeguards consistent with guidance from the CDC throughout the pandemic.

Recently, the CDC announced that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks or maintain physical distancing, except where required by local rules and regulations.  We are encouraged by this new guidance and are hopeful that continued efforts to vaccinate the public and mitigate spread of the virus will soon bring an end to the pandemic.

In response to this new announcement from the CDC and where allowed under local public health regulations, Meritage Homes will no longer require customers who are fully vaccinated to wear masks in our sales offices, model homes, or StudioM locations.

For your safety and peace of mind, our team members will continue to wear masks, and we will maintain regular cleaning and sanitation of design centers, sales offices, and model homes.  Alternatively, be sure to check out and take advantage of our virtual homebuying experience, where you can find, tour, finance and purchase the home of your dreams without ever leaving your couch.  We are also here for you by phone, email or online at
