Meritage Homes experienced an unforeseen temporary outage on its website from January 13 to January 17. During this time, customer care was unable to receive any website warranty request form submissions. Please re-submit your request or call the applicable number below so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Meritage Homes is proud of the robust warranty we provide our valued homeowners. We're always looking to give you the best service possible!

With busy lives and lots of things to do, we value your time and understand that when your home requires warranty repairs it can be an inconvenience. It is our goal to complete your warrantable repairs as quickly as we can. For this reason we ask that you submit your request for service only when you can be available for an initial inspection within the next 2-3 business days after your submission.

For homes less than two years old;

After the initial inspection, we may require up to two full days access to your home. It is our goal is to complete all warrantable repairs within 7-10 business days after initial inspection.

For homes aged two years or older;

After the initial inspection, our warranty team will discuss any necessary repairs and access requirements to your home. It is our goal is to complete all warrantable repairs on homes greater than two years old within 21- 30 business days or less.

Surely, your home is likely to be your greatest investment, and you may consult with a third-party inspector to inspect your home prior to your warranty expiration. We're happy to discuss the findings of your third-party inspection report with you; however we do not accept third-party inspection reports. Home inspection reports often point out homeowner maintenance items, suggestions, and recommendations that aren't a part of your home's warranty. We recommend you review your third-party report for warrantable items, and only submit those items on your warranty request.
