Village of Five Parks Priority Registration Terms and Conditions

Non-contingent buyers will have priority. Buyers with a “home to close” contingency must provide a copy of escrow instructions to qualify for placement on the Priority Registration List and will be prioritized under non-contingent buyers.

 

You must receive a “PREQUALIFIED” certification from MTH Mortgage (or show sufficient proof of assets in the case of cash buyers) to remain on the Priority Registration List.

 

In order to maintain a position on the Priority Registration List, buyers must either attend phase releases or provide prior e-mail notice of their intent to wait for a future phase.

 

Your Priority Position cannot be assigned or exchanged with any other individual. Any duplication of names or attempts to assign and/or exchange your number will result in the removal of your name from the Priority Registration List. Your Priority Position will remain with you as long as you have the desire to purchase a Meritage Home at Village of Five Parks, unless otherwise notified by Meritage Homes. You will be removed from the Priority List if you have:

 

  • Already purchased a home within the community.
  • Asked to be removed from the list.
  • Failed to follow the steps outlined in these Priority Registration Procedures or comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

 

If your contract for the purchase of a home is cancelled for any reason, if you do not qualify for financing for the home, or if you cancel your purchase of a home, such homesite will become available to other buyers on the Priority Registration List. Meritage Homes reserves the right to resell the homesite at its sole discretion. If you have reserved/or signed a purchase agreement for a home and then decide to transfer to a later phase or different floor plan, you will lose your position on, and be placed at the end of, the Priority Registrations List. Be sure about your decision.

 

Meritage Homes reserves the right to pre-sell and/or reserve up to 20% of the homes in a phase to employees and affiliates prior to the release of homes for sale to the general public. Meritage Homes also reserves the right to change or modify these Priority Registration Procedures at any time at its sole discretion. Meritage Homes reserves the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any legal reason whatsoever. In particular, any failure to follow the Priority Registration Procedures or adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein will result in immediate removal from the Priority List.

 

Meritage Homes hereby notifies you that Meritage Homes has a business relationship with MTH Mortgage, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Specifically, Meritage or one of its affiliates is a member of, and owns a sixty-five percent (65%) ownership interest in, MTH Mortgage. As a result of the relationship between Meritage and MTH Mortgage, Meritage’s referral of MTH Mortgage may provide Meritage with financial or other benefits. The use of MTH mortgage to finance your purchase is NOT a condition to the purchase of a home from Meritage.
