Promotion valid in connection with select new homes purchase agreements that are entered into by buyer and accept by Meritage Homes between November 3, 2025 and December 7, 2025, that are eligible to close by December 29, 2025. Interest rate as low as 2.99% for Year 1, 3.99% for Year 2, and 4.99% for Years 3-30 of a 30-yr fixed (FHA – APR 5.752% - 3.5% down payment - 640 FICO). Interest rates and monthly payments may vary. The aggregate total of all credits and incentives provided by Meritage and/or MTH Mortgage in connection with this promotion or otherwise associated with the purchase of the home that require a qualifying loan from MTH Mortgage to finance the home shall in no event exceed the sum of three percent (3%) of the base price of the home plus any lot/unit premium, and if, for any reason whatsoever, the aggregate of such credits and incentives exceeds such amount, then such credits and incentives will be reduced automatically so that the aggregate of such credits and incentives is equal to three percent (3%) of the base price of the home plus any lot/unit premium. In such event, buyer may still be able to take advantage of certain loan programs offered by MTH Mortgage, but buyer would be solely responsible for the costs associated with such program.
