In no event may the credit exceed 3% of the base price of the home (including any lot premium), and any portion of the credit that is unused for any reason will be forfeited. Promotion must be mentioned at time of contract and is not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with Meritage Homes cancelled for any reason. Promotion applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of the qualifying contract.
