Aggregate total of all credits and incentives requiring a qualifying loan from MTH Mortgage shall not exceed three percent (3%) of the home’s base price (including lot premium). If credits exceed this amount, they will be reduced automatically to comply. Buyer may still participate in certain loan programs but will be responsible for associated costs. Not a commitment to lend; loan programs may not be available to all buyers and are subject to change and lender requirements. Any financing arrangement, including rate-lock, is solely between buyer and lender; Meritage Homes has no responsibility or liability regarding such arrangements. Closing cost assistance availability and amount may vary and may not apply to all transactions.
