Promotion and all incentives available solely in connection with the purchase of homes (see a Meritage sales counselor for information about qualifying homes) that meet the following qualifications: (a) a new home purchase agreement entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes between January 12, 2026, and January 31, 2026; and (b) the home purchase closes on or before February 28, 2026. Buyer will receive a 30-year fixed long-term rate lock at 4.99% (5.097% APR) at no cost to them (except for loan level price adjustments) only when using MTH for financing and Carefree Title as the Preferred Closing Agent.
