Promotion valid only in connection with new home purchase agreements for select homes in Active Adult communities that are entered into by buyer and accepted by a Meritage Homes entity during a qualifying out of town stay and that actually close on or before the date that is twelve (12) months after the date of execution of the applicable new home purchase agreement. Promotion is not available in all communities or on all homes. Promotion is in the form of a closing credit up to $1,500, and all qualifying travel expenses must be evidenced by receipts submitted for approval prior to closing.  Gas, food and entertainment expenses are not qualifying travel expenses. In no event shall the closing credit exceed 3% of the base price of the home (including any lot premium), and any portion of the credit that is unused for any reason will be forfeited and may not be converted to cash. Meritage Homes reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute products or features of the promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotion must be mentioned at time of contract and is not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with Meritage Homes cancelled for any reason. Promotion is applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying purchase contract. Promotion is subject to any applicable governmental and lender restrictions, and will be reduced or withdrawn to the extent required by any such restrictions. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and shall be limited in all events to the specific terms set forth in the binding purchase contract for the specific home. Meritage Homes reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time, without prior notice or obligation. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentive. Pictures and other promotional materials are representative and may depict or contain floor plans, square footages, elevations, options, upgrades, landscaping, pool/spa, furnishings, appliances, and designer/decorator features and amenities that are not included as part of the home and/or may not be available in all communities. Square footages and dimensions are approximate and may vary in construction and depending on the standard of measurement used, engineering and municipal requirements, or other site-specific conditions.  Actual features and selected upgrades included in any home are limited in all events to the specific terms set forth in the contract for such home.
