Introducing our Social Media Content Contest for our Jacksonville division communities. We want to see your unique perspective on our listings, communities, sales process, or even our company guarantees. The more creative, the better!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A quick, engaging video (60 seconds or less)
  • You can focus on a specific listing, a community, a sales counselor, a local area, or even our company processes
  • Quality doesn’t matter—whether it’s high-end production or a casual selfie, just have fun with it!

Prizes for the top 3 submissions:

1st Place: $2,000
2nd Place: $1,000
3rd Place: $500
