Don't Worry. Buy Happy. Rate Lock Promotion: Promotion begins November 1, 2022; and ends November 30, 2022. Rate-lock program available only in connection with the purchase of select Tampa area new quick-move in homes (see a Meritage sales counselor for information about qualifying homes) in all active Tampa area communities,  that meet all of the following qualifications: (a) the new home purchase agreement for such home is entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes between November 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022 and closes on or before December 31, 2022; (b) the purchase of the home is financed using a 30-year, conforming conventional, VA, or FHA, owner-occupied loan program offered by MTH Mortgage. Buyer must use preferred lender and title company (MTH Mortgage and Carefree Title) for the home purchase in order to participate in the program to receive the rate buy down and closing cost assistance; and (c) loan program consists of qualifying 2/1 buydown on selected homes with an interest rate of 3.99% (APR 6.464%) in year one, 4.99% (APR 6.464%) in year two and 5.99% (APR 6.464%) for the remainder of the loan and closing cost assistance of up to 3% of the purchase price of the home.
