All other Communities – Half Off Upgrades Promotion applicable solely to new home purchase agreements for homes in the Houston area that are entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes by November 30, 2019. Promotion applicable toward the retail price of selected structural option(s) and lot premiums only Any portion of the credit that is unused for any reason will be forfeited and may not be converted to cash or applied to any other costs associated with the home. Meritage Homes reserves the right to make all promotion selections for buyers who fail to make their selections within the time periods provided in the purchase agreement. Promotions are available only if Buyer obtains a mortgage loan through Meritage’s preferred lender and uses a Meritage preferred Closing Agent. Buyer is free to select an alternate lender or to pay in cash, or to use an alternate Closing Agent. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentive. Promotion incentives applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract. Promotions must be mentioned at time of contract and are not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with Meritage Homes entity cancelled for any reason.
