 Promotions valid only in connection with new home purchase agreements for quick move-in homes that are entered into by buyer and accepted by a Meritage Homes entity between August 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018. No closing costs promotion is in the form of a credit equal and applicable to customary closing costs (title policy, escrow agent fees and costs, and loan origination fees), and is available if, and only if, buyer obtains a mortgage loan through Meritage Homes’ preferred lender and uses a Meritage Homes preferred closing agent. Buyer is free to select an alternate lender or to pay in cash, or to use an alternate closing agent, but in such event, Meritage Homes will not provide the closing costs credit. In no event may the closing costs credit exceed 3% of the base price of the home (including any lot premium), and any portion of the credit that is unused on valid closing costs for any reason will be forfeited. Move-in package is in the form of a purchase price credit equal and applicable to the cost of the refrigerator, washer, and drier specified by Meritage Homes for the applicable home (the “Move-In Package”). Specific models of appliances included in the Move-In Package vary from home-to-home. See sales associate for the Move-In Package applicable to any specific home. Meritage Homes reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute products or features of Move-In Package at any time without prior notice (including, without limitation, substitution of appliances of substantially equal or better quality, as determined in its sole discretion). In all events, both promotions must be mentioned at time of contract and are not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with Meritage Homes cancelled for any reason. Promotions applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract. Promotions subject to any applicable governmental and lender restrictions, and will be reduced or withdrawn to the extent required by any such restrictions. Promotions void where prohibited by law and shall be limited in all events to the specific terms set forth in the binding contract for the specific home.
