**Important terms and conditions apply.** BTSA valid only in connection with full price new home purchase agreements for applicable quick move-in homes from Meritage Homes in the Houston division entered into by Buyer and accepted by Meritage between 1/22/2020 and 2/28/2020.  BTSA is in lieu of any other bonus, incentive or promotion and cannot be used to reduce the purchase price of the home.  All commissions are subject limits imposed on total broker compensation by applicable governmental and lender restrictions, and will be reduced or withdrawn to the extent required by any such restrictions.  No cash value; unpaid portions of the commission and BTSA will be forfeited.  Realtor/Broker must be a legal resident of the United States who is a licensed real estate agent/broker in the State of Texas and must accompany buyer(s) on first sales office visit. All commissions will be paid at time of closing. Promotion incentive applicable solely upon closing & buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract.
