What does Closing-Ready mean?
Closing-Ready means your home is ready to close within 60 days of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

What happens if my home isn't ready to close within 60 days?
If your home isn’t Closing-Ready within 60 days, we will reimburse up to $5,000 of expenses related to the delay.
