Meritage is no longer acting as warranty administrator for BK Residential Construction, LLC, dba Legendary Communities. All warranty requests or inquiries regarding Legendary Communities Homes that closed prior to 8/1/2014, must be submitted directly to the address or email noted below (please save this information for future reference). We have been advised by Legendary Communities that it provided certain of its homebuyers with a 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty (structural) from a third party warranty provider. The contact information for the structural warranty is also noted below for your convenience:
