Terms & Conditions
The promotion is valid only in connection with new home purchase agreements for select homes in Meritage Homes communities in the Jacksonville area that are entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes between October 26, 2026 and November 15, 2026. The promotion shall be void and will not be honored if the home does not close on or before December 15, 2026. Buyer must use MTH Mortgage and Carefree Title to qualify. Not a commitment to lend — lending programs may not be available to all buyers/homes and are subject to change and the conditions and requirements of buyer's lender. The promotion must be mentioned at time of contract and is not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with a Meritage Homes entity cancelled for any reason. The promotion is applicable solely upon closing and buyer's compliance with all terms and conditions of the qualifying contract. The promotion is subject to any applicable governmental and lender restrictions, and will be reduced or withdrawn to the extent required by any such restrictions. The promotion is void where prohibited by law and shall be limited in all events to the specific terms set forth in the binding contract for the specific home. Meritage Homes reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time, without prior notice or obligation. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentive.
